Another RCT Case:
I do RCT routinely, so why present this case?  Well, again, I want to emphasize that we can save many teeth with RCT as long as we plan things out ahead of time.  In this case,  you have to let the pt know that Tooth #18 has severe caries and will need mesial crown lengthening procedure done.
